How often do you do you bang 1 out?

I have fell out with my g/f a few weeks ago.I have started to bang a few out.What is recomended amount of times i should bang 1 out.How often do you bang 1 out?

As long as you don't hurt yourself, or doing so won't affect your life negatively, I'd say as many times as you want.

I do it maybe twice a month. (Not including the mutual masturbation during sex)

In high school, I would say probably no less than 5 or 6 times a day. I remember one saturday going for 28... My little buddy was sore for days after that one...
