two things ppl on this site always bitch about 1) Who gets the best weed for the best price (can get pretty rediculus: i can get a pound for $20) 2) Everytime someone uses the word "hippie" 15 ppl are posting 'thats a stereotype.. label.. should use that term...' ppl have been called hippies for 40 some years now, y cant the ppl who are called hippies use the word.. who gives a damn if ppl say hippie... we are in the HIPPIE!! forum damn i had to say that
1). That's just annoying...who gives a fuck? Smoke weed, don't argue over it, people! 2). Well, it is a label. And some people do feed the sterotype. Just in case you haven't noticed, probably 80% of the people here don't consider themselves "hippie". They just come to this site to chat...the name of the forum means nothing.
1)I agree, smoke it, or don't; who cares. It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: "junkies are the most boring people, all they ever want to talk about is dope..as if there is anything to say about it". 2)I don't know about the 80% number; I think a lot of us associate somewhat with what the term 'hippie' is supposed to mean, but to varying degrees. I don't consider myself one, but a lot of my tastes and viewpoints are inspired by them. Then there's people like soaringeagle who, if he isn't The King Of All Hippies, he should incite a revolt to take the crown, but on the other end of the spectrum we had someone in one thread stating he's from a fortune 500 company. To some degree or another I think we all associate with the hippie label; otherwise we'd go to Something Awful!
yes i kno its a label but who cares... i mean we label things every day... half the ppl here would be upset bout someone calling someone a hippie but would easily call bush a dick
