Hey all- So I am wondering if any of you talented peoples have worked with Inko dyes. This is my first try at "sun dying" with them. The bottle says that they only work on cotton, silk, and rayon - but the green one is my trial on 100% hemp summercloth...it seems to be working just fine. The bottom one is the front side of a t-shirt for my son *I have yet to do the back* If any of you have worked with these dyes and have any tips or tricks..please let me know. Peace and Blessings
Those are great! As a rule of thumb you can do anything with hemp (and more) that is done with cotton...I think they said to only use cotton, rayon and silk and not hemp simply because hemp isn't widely used in textiles yet.
So ... I guess no one out there has worked with these....so I'm gonna wing it and hope I dont ruin too much hemp at $10/yd
