Safe VW routes coast to coast

Hey Gang,

I am traveling across America from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. Does anyone have any tips or maps for driving a VW Bus coast to coast?

TAKE ROUTE 66! its awesome!!!! esp going thru airzona-new mexico. but i guess it depends on where exactly what states u want to go thru - but check out route 66.
