It comes to me now

    Well it seems alot of people like to compaire what they have done in meditation ( by no way an outspeak against the teaching of diffrent techniques discribed here) by that i mean what they have experiananced and advice they have given, and i think i myself am guilt of it
    but i rember when i was being taught and asked the same questions, the monk responded that to awnsers such a question would only hurt me and my progress because it would mearly give me something to hold onto.
    dosent anyone else think the same?
