with the baggie it weighs 3.5 but without the baggie, just the weed, it weighs 2.5
does that count?

Well you could have an eightball of anything... the "eight" is because it's 1/8th ounce (3.5grams)... hence "8ball" - a 2ball would be 14 grams, and a 1 ball 28 grams, if such terms existed.

Well I've never heard anyone use it with anything other than coke - an eightball of heroin or meth is more than users buy... and with weed, it just sounds dumb.
