I think i no who they r but i dunno can comeone clue me in lol

 

well no one person can really speak for the family so you may get 100 different answers but i will try to explain simply from my humble point of veiw & others may correct me
point #1 lift up your shirt & look at youyr belly..do you have a belleybutton? if you do..your family
point #2 people all over the world, no matter where thyre born have bellybuttons.. so whe are everywhere..in every country regardless of borders or beleifs.
point #3 as a family of diverse peoples with diverse interests & beliefs but who recognise the truth..that we are all one people..from 1 planet w must speak with 1 unified voice.. enter the council, & the procese of concensus..interdependence..self government this makes us a nation..with no borders or place we call home..except the sacred earth we live on every day
point #4 we are peoples from all relihions & beleifs..comming tofgether to pray for peace, unity, & the healing of the planet..our church..nature..the earth itself are we a religin then? no..not in the least but we welcome & respect all beleifs or disbeliefs
point #5 we are one people one nation one global family of peaceful loving beings..we welcome all who have bellybuttons to come together & celebrate life & pray for peace & learn to get along we are sttrong, because we love, we are growing because we welcome all.. kinda gives you hope for the world to finaly have ftrue peace huh?
point #6 we respec the earth, the trees, all living creatures w build a city in the forresst, stay a couple months but when we leave we leave no sign we were ever there..an eary uop to 20 square miles will be scoured for even the tiniest scrap of microtrash so..we are more then envromentalists, we seek to live in true harmony with mother earth
point #7 we are many people with many talents & many ideas & backgrounds, this makes for avery rich colorful tapestry as the backdrop for rainbow.. truthfully your first gathering this may be all you see..you may not know of the council or sante sena or any of the things that make the gathering work.. and you may only see the beauty & love, the partying & joy..
point #8 rainbow is a non commercial non entity we have no real existance except our personal identification with an idea.. we have no leaders, use no money, have no official anything.. rainbow simply exists in the hearts..or bellybuttons of those who seek to find us there

It's not a matter of joining or gaining membership, Sis. Rainbow is felt in your heart. While SoaringEagles description is pretty accurate, there are some people who equate Rainbow with partying & we at the hippiestead think that those people are only pretending to be Rainbows...being optimistic folks, we hope that those people will heal & see the Light of Peace & Love (just our opinions, no one speaks for the Rainbow Family)
