Arrested for Possession in Washington, any tips?

Okay so last night i was hotboxing in a park at 10:30 and a cop pulled in. Fuck. This was the first time I've ever seen a cop there at that time. Anywho, I'm high as shit plus the car is full of smoke so I knew I was fucked. I didn't pull any shots and was completely foreward. Long story short: My two friends got off with being in the park after dusk and I get possession of MJ (under 40g), MJ paraphenelia and for being in the park after dusk. So I get arrested, searched, mug shots, the whole deal, then I'm simply let go. By the way I'm totally compliant during the whole thing (except for smiling in my mug shot). I have to wait for my court date in the mail. I've already checked out NORML for penalties, etc.. Anybody ever been busted for pos. in Washington (state)? If so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Well over here in Port Orchard area we have some really leniant cops that would just confiscate the weed and let you off like that. You shouldnt get anything too bad. Norml is as accurate information I can give you. Sorry I can't help more.

 

Yeah thanks anyways. The cops in Lynnwood are real assholes. Every time I've been picked up they've ticketed me, once for going 7 over in a 35 and another time for a California stop. They don't even talk, they just tell me my offense, take my ID, and return with a ticket.

 

That sucks, the cops in Seatac wouldn't have done that for a stupied little Dimebag.

Guess I should be thankful that they are only moderate douchebags.

hey im from wa too, Tacoma area I got pulled over in tacoma for tabs, and go figure, theres an empty bottle of vodka sitting under my friends feet that the cop sees, cop searches me and my friend, finds a pipe and about a 2 grams of bud he then takes the bud and dumps it out and crushes it up and threw my glass pipe, first pipe id ever smoked out of and threw it on the ground shattering it. He then wrote us up for the tabs, and told us to go home. FUCK TEH POLICE but in that case I could have been off alot worse

Yeah you're right you are lucky. That's too bad you lost your pipe and bud. Washington cops usually tend to let you off easier. I'm surprised he let you off in Tacoma.

i have only encountered police once while smokin and i live in WI my friends uncles was with us whos like 25 and were 16 lo l. but neway i wa tossin this blunt roaqch as the 5-0 pulled up. my friends uncle (who is from san fran ) hehe asked me for my phone and got us outta that shit somehow i wa so thankfukl he said we were in the park because he was tryin to make a call etc etc

 

u kno... i think that the only time u guys can say that the cops are dicks if wat happened to the dude who lost his glass piece... see he wasnt doing his job like the other cops, he was just getting personal satisfaction about beign a dick to u, the rest of the ppl were doin their job.. call ur congressman a dick not the cop who just caried out the law

btw tho has any one noticed taht if u get busted for weed u got 3 cop cares in 3 min but if u get in a car accident itll take em 30 min?

 

i dont personally like cops, i just dont think taht all of em are pricks
