Info: The Pickathon is simply the Best Roots Music Festival of 2005! 2 nights/2 days in a wooded outdoor festival site. 30 minutes outside of Portland, OR.

Tickets:

$40. 1st Tier – Early Bird NOW through Memorial Day or if they sellout.

$50. 2nd Tier - Before July 5th or if they sellout.

$65. 3rd Tier

Ages: Children under 12 yrs old, FREE with paying adult.



Camping: Camping is free and available on site. CAMPING SPACE IS LIMITED



Parking: Parking is free. We strongly recommend you CAR POOL since space is limited.

Last week I posted some info on the Pickathon and had a few things wrong. For one, it’s not at Horning’s this year as this venue is shut down for the summer. This year’s venue will take place at the Pudding River Festival Grounds in Woodburn Oregon, directly South of Portland Oregon (25 mins). Last week this is where the NWWRF took place and I heard it was a success bringing in over 1000 people. Tickets for this 2 day event (Aug 12th & Aug 13th) are $67.50. Did anybody go last year? If so, what’d you think? For under $70 and a two day event, I think it’s a pretty sweet deal. Plus I’m all about the smaller festivals. I listed the schedule below.
