Okay, here's the deal! I'm bored, so basically, I don't want to be bored anymore. But the thing is, if you send me some pornographic, or teasing material of yourself, I will in turn send positive brainwaves to you, whenever you need it! So if you're going to have en exam, you could do well in sending me some pictures of yourself.
There's one big problem, Commie: A substantial number of members of this group are under 18 years of age -- the majority of whom live in the U.S. -- and would risk running afoul of the law by sending you nude photos of themselves. So I strongly suggest that you GET LOST, lest you get busted for soliciting "kiddie porn" on the Internet. -- Skeeter (P.S.: A copy of this post is being sent to the HipForums moderators.)
You might think it's a big joke, but I'm being deadly serious...I've just reported "Communism" to the HipForums moderators. Having been victimized by a pedophile when I was a kid -- and knowing that the Feds would shut HipForums down in a New York minute for "kiddie porn" if any member under 18 posted nude pix of themselves -- "Communism's" post set off a legal red flag that I simply could not ignore. -- Skeeter
uhhhh i didnt see him deliberatly ask for minor's only to post thier picks.... he just asked in general. So i dont see how commies to blame if a minor posts something inappropriate.
You don't get it. . .Anybody who asks on the Internet for nude photos of anyone who's under 18 years of age can be PROSECUTED for soliciting "kiddie porn" under federal law -- Specifically, the Child Online Protection Act (COPA), which survived a legal challenge in the Supreme Court. Under COPA, any Web site that has such photos posted on it can be SHUT DOWN and the owners/moderators of that site can be PROSECUTED for trafficking in "kiddie porn." And the right-wing neo-Puritans in Washington have pushed through a new law that imposes even more anti-kiddie porn rules on Web sites. That new law is being challenged in federal court on First Amendment grounds, but there's no guarantee that the new rules will be struck down. "Communism's" post, therefore, poses a direct legal threat to the survival of HipForums that cannot be ignored. And I will do whatever is necessary to protect HipForums from running afoul of the law. -- Skeeter
dude, commie, ill give you nude photos. but only if you give me some in return. ok, they also have to be of you covered in condiments. sounds good? alright! deal's on.
ummmm.... isn't the hip server in the Netherlands? where it's legal for 14 or 16 year olds (I forget which precisely) to be photographed nude? Not saying that it's right at all, it's in fact VERY creepy to see <18 year olds in any sort of pornographic/nudeness. and commie, this is gonna fail, no one will send you nudies for nothing. There's way too much free porn on the net anyways for you to be bothering about here with your spam.
It doesn't matter whether "Communist" mentioned age or not (In fact, he didn't). What matters is that he posted his request to a message board where a SUBSTANTIAL number of its members are under 18 years of age -- most of whom live in the U.S. HipForums cannot afford to bear the legal consequences of having nude pictures of under-18 members posted on the site. And it doesn't matter if the HipForums server is based outside the U.S. "Kiddie porn" is banned worldwide under international law. Has the thought occurred to you that because HipForums is an online community primarily of young people -- including a substantial number of minors -- that it would become an attractive target for pedophiles? I know it is. So do the moderators. And having been a victim of a pedophile myself when I was a kid, I'm not about to stay silent when posts like "Communist's" raises so many legal red flags (no pun intended). -- Skeeter
sorry to hear about that, i understand why you feel so strongly on the subject. what is your opinion on the "official boobie club thread" in the real kinky forum? the thread starter asked people in general, like in this thread, to post pictures of their tits. the mods must have seen the thread and its content and let it keep going. I THINK IT IS HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS TO POST NUDE PICS OF THEMSELVES ON THE INTERNET, but i feel you are going over the top on this issue.
Why, then, is your age not included in your profile? Forgive me, but I'm rather skeptical. -- Skeeter
I've never visited the "Real Kinky" forum, so I can't comment on that. But if I'm sounding "over the top," it's because the right-wing neo-Puritans who control Congress rammed through a little-noticed bill in April to impose even more restrictive anti-kiddie-porn regulations on the Internet and President Bush signed it into law. The new law took effect July 1. It's being challenged in court on First Amendment grounds, but with the Supreme Court about to undergo a change in its makeup, I'm not confident that the challenge will ultimately be successful. -- Skeeter P.S.: This is my last HipForums posting until August 15. I'm going to the Quebec Rainbow Gathering.
