right i havent watched the news but basically ive been told it was a asian dude who wouldnt surrender - maybe he did have somnething on him, if not they r twats for doing that. what if he couldnt speak english, what if he was deaf and bad sighted!! there are soooo many things to think about, its a harsh world
The universal language of putting your hands up (when a gun is pointed your way) and lieing on the floor when gestured to do so..seems to work with most people. This guy imho did not want to be stopped...it is likely he was british and understood english .. i understand what you mean though.
What about that guy of yours dropping three catches, your keeper isn't much better. I laughed my arse off. Well now, we got 419. What do ya reckon your chances are? Look pigs Did you see the cut on Ponting's face? He needed eight stiches. Who said that cricket was a blood sport.
Interests: eforums-socialising-sleeping-and other stuff that like that...i hate sports Go and gloat aboout such things with your aussie buddies..
the guy didnt have a bomb, but was wearing a bulky coat and had been to a address watched by the police and his name may have been found with stuff to do with the last bombing . graphic of what he did before he was shot http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,22989-1705039,00.html considering whats happening I think he brought his death upon himself,
I can smell a sore loser. Ok then, i'm already off to watch the remainder if the Wallabies match. INTERESTS: Sport ......I hate being bored.
hahahahah i actualy checked you 'profile' it does not say that.. hahahahaha watching cricket is like watching paint dry..hahahahaha
yep saw that ...why did he run and under the circumstances I can still see a good reason for shooting him, he wouldnt need to be guilty he would just need to appear to a reasonable person to be a real threat . These things happen, people make mistakes
He could have been wearing a walkman, he might not have understood English, he might have been a teenager late for school, he might have been a petty shoplifter who wore baggy clothes to hide what he nicked ... Could have been loads of reasons but none of them are an excuse for a police execution.
RE: he might not have understood English Er, he is living in ENGLAND, maybe it would behoove him to learn ENGLISH And maybe just maybe when a group of men with pistols and badges tell him to surrender himself he should have. Especially after a bunch of people who looked like him just bombed London, ya think? Yeah it was a tragedy, but it isn't as if the cops just said "a wog! Let's kill him!" And he has to accept culpability for acting in ways that panicked the cops into closing his medical record.
we are all saying what if's, he could have been one of them easily and if he was he deserved to die another way - a more painful way and as for speaking english he might have been a asylum seeker - they come over here not knowing what to expect and dont learn the language
Someone may have a;ready pointed this but i don't care Its operation kratos they aim for the spinal cord so that all reactions are severed The hit wouldn't have been random it would have been ordered from very high up Thats all i have to say on the matter
RE: and as for speaking english he might have been a asylum seeker - they come over here not knowing what to expect and dont learn the language My heart really bleeds for him, but honestly, I see how it was totally reasonable for the cops to cap him in the head. The CBC showed some footage of random Pakistanis and other similar people complaining at not being allowed into places carrying bulky backpacks. And I'm like "OK, so you're doing something suspicious within days of an attack? And complaining?"
An execution is a premeditated killing based on orders ... those orders being "shoot to kill" ... If it wasn't that then it was a trigger happy cop who shouldn't have been given a gun ... Not sure which is the more frightening.
He might have only been here a week Only one was armed We're not living in a police state in the UK (yet) The police are just police and should never ever have the power to be judge, jury and executioner ... far too much room for abuse. The fact that our policing has a reputation for being reasonably liberal is something that we have prided ourselves on. ... but that is changing and our terrorism police are now being re-trained by Israeli 'experts' ... which in my opinion makes as much sense as getting training from the gestapo. Anyway, enough speculation, I'm sure we'll soon find out why the guy fled ... and they'll be plenty of people who will still say he deserved to die even if he was just running for the train, was deaf or couldn't speak English.
