Supreme Court outlaws medical marijuana

    I found it ironic that two of the three dissenting justices in this case were among the court's most conservative members: William Rehnquist and Clarence Thomas. The third, of course being Sandra Day O'Connor.

    Well said Huck. I think this may be the first time you and I have agreed on something..:)

    I read somewhere that under current Federal Laws, Washington and Jefferson would be subject to a 10-20 year minimum sentence.

    btw: anyone on here ever used a vaporizer to consume MJ?
