Hey I've been a vegetarian for a few months and I just leaned about b12. I was wondering where I can get b12 without vitamins.

It is quite easy actually. One good source is marmite. However it is an aquired taste. It is made from yeast extract. Leafy green vegetables are a good source of nutrients as are pulses. So just experiment. I vared vegetarian diet will cater for your needs.

nutritional yeast is a great source of b12, and really yummy. Just sprinkle a little on your food, it tastes alot like parmesean cheese, and it's awsome on popcorn.

I put it on just about everything, and the b12 is invaluable. Last time I went camping, I only got 3 or 4 bug bites cause of all the b12 I've had cause of the nutritional yeast.

You can get it at any health food store, it comes in a big old can, it's not cheap, but a little goes a long way, and it lasts forever.

are you an ovo-lacto veggie or vegan? if you are eating eggs and dariy, there really is no need to do anything else.
