What type of stereo system do you usually listen to music on?

I often use a 100watt 3cd 4speaker Sharp sterio. In the car l have a Kenwood cd player...

I just sold a nice Aiwa system on eBay because now I use my PC for every aspect of life! ;)

They're some pretty thumping Cambridge Soundworks though.

Say hello to my little friend:

I got it in a garage sale for $50 or so. My grandpa helped me fix it (he actually has experience with machines as old as this) and now the radio and record player work perfectly. Later I also connected it to my computer to listen to my mp3's, as well as a CD player. I love those speakers! I sure hope my neighbours share my taste in music [IMG]

It's not the size, its what you play on it that counts ;)

I'm probably only saying that because the system in my car is as loud as my pc through a little goodmans stereo set up, It does the job though :)

1991 JVC XL-V141 CD player, dual tape deck, radio, Sony turntable, and Auxillary (for surround sound, kareoke, or using as a PA system)... two JVC speakers, two Celestion 75w G12T-100 speakers, two mirage speakers and a Bose subwoofer for bass (Got the Bose at a thrift store, found the Celestions at a guitar shop for $20.00, the stereo I got when my uncle died, the mirage speakers are ones my dad had in the 70s)... I also bought a Sony CFD-V5 that I hook up to it with a car CD tape thing so it can play newer CDs, mp3s, and CD-Rs... I use it for a PA system for my acoustic guitars or I can hook the Cabinet output on my guitar amplifiers to the Aux input and play through it, use it as a decibal/gain boost and overdrive my amp... Damn good stereo. I never even turn it above halfway... it's too damn loud.
