Yes I believe you can report to the UK police. When I was getting prank calls at 2am every night I finally got the number and it was in Lansing Michigan, I called and reported it to the police department up there. They got my phone records and stuff from the phone company, and arrested the dude.

Good luck with that, and I would, I've also had to report a scam too. Some Watch company from Europe wanted me to deposit money into my bank account and I was like oh I'm not into money laundering schemes. Whats sad is how many people do get roped into these things.
