What sort of shoes do you normally wear? Do you feel compelled to wear footwear at all times (except perhaps when you're showering / sleeping)? Does the thought of going barefoot freak you out?

I have HEAPS of shoes - I love a good pair shoes.. Favorite are my black Dr Martens boots...

No shoes or flip-flops most of the time during summer. Converse shoes or whatever when it gets colder.

I have too many shoes, for a guy who hates wearing them. But they've accumulated over the years. Probably about 5 pairs or so. I only wear shoes at work, and sometimes to shop. Personally, I think the obcession with shoes is stupid, and when it is so bad that we're REQUIRED to wear shoes, then it gets me angry. Now, at work, I can see the safety issue, I'd probably still wear shoes at my job if I didn't have to, but to go into the grocery store? That's just not right. I mean, who freakin cares? They're just feet, people!

I have 1 pair of sneakers that I haven't worn in last 3-4 months, 1 pair of sandals that I wear when outside (otherwise I burn my feet) and a friend gave me a pair of skechers (shoes/hiking boots ?) recently that I like but haven't worn yet.

I have waaaaay too many shoes. Nearly 40. I work in a shoe store though, so at least I got 90% of them on sale. I usually just wear flat sandals (sometimes platformy, but still flat) that just have a strap over the top of hte foot... I can't stand having stuff between my toes. 'else I wear runners or black platforms, depending if I'm biking or not (my seat is. Kneehigh boots in winter pretty often because they block out the snow and are a little warmer than regular shoes.

Well, it depends... with jeans I either wear boots or Converse All-Star sneakers when I feel sporty. I like flats too, or flip-flops in the summer... I don't know, in general, all of my shoes whether they are boots, sandals, flats, sneakers, or whatever, are vintage, like 60's-70's style. I even have a pair of sandals with huge wooden heels that used to belong to my grandmother in the 40's, during WW2. They're really cool, orange and red, not in the greatest condition but I don't mind.

I don't own very many pairs of shoes. Some of the shoes I have, I've only worn once or twice. I like going barefoot. I have happy feet when I can feel the ground below me :)

I tend to walk without shoes a lot of the time too... but never in dirty places, usually at home.

I pretty much always have shoes on. I don't like going barefoot at all.

Right now ,in the summer, I'm wearing my bongo sneakers that have sequins (totally cute), my pink stilletto-ish sandals, or flip flops that my mom crocheted fuzzy yarn onto.

Sometimes I wear my tall black boots but not too much anymore because they are really worn out on the bottom and I don't have $180 to get a new pair. *sniffle*
