All you havta do to get an answer to that question is look at the musicians that were playing tehre. Of course it was good it was all good.
it was incredible flaming lips were mind blowing, not much else can explain it. les claypool had a really cool set. saturday keller, franti, sci and umphreys all had really long sets that rocked extremely hard , it seemed like they just kept going and going! it was really a beuty except for the rain! heres some picks!
hmmm... anyone who went there happen to stop by the Melted Sand booth? My friend blows glass and his friend makes guitars and they were vending there I gotta get in touch with him and see how his weekend went~~
absolutely amazing show, first night was my favrite, particle til 7am, wish cheese would have played 2 nights tho.
I heard complaints that there were nazis there, and the cost to get in was rediculous. Several folks have told me that they left "All Good" to go to "Always Free Jamfest" and that it rocked and they had a much better time there...
all good wasnt run well...they didnt really take care of some of the things that they should of...they should have managed it better as far as parking, getting in, and the mud...but it was a great time.... your friends missed out on an incredible time and vibe....well i suppose they still had one but they missed out on the music we experienced. but as long as you are happy where you are, any place you are, will be a good time
A pretty fucking good time if you ask me. I only slept for about 5 hours the first day then just got by on adrenaline and whatever people would feed me. I wasn't that big on the Flaming Lips or Cheese, but everything else was sweet, especially the Particle and Umphrey's late night. Gabby La La was so bad she was amazing... Got to keep track of my backpack! As far as Nazis go I didn't see any, but there were a lot a people. Security was virtually non-existent if thats what you mean, only a handful of County Sheriff cruisers were there and the event staff only wanted to see your wristband. Tough to walk 20 yards without being offered drugs. Cost is an issue, but you gotta let yourself out to play sometime. Again, the only downside was the blisters from the mud in my shoes, but I really couldn't feel much pain at that point.
All good, was a blast! Except for the rain, we had an incredible time. The people were toatlly chill around our campsite. Lotus played a very high, but short set. YMSB was alot of fun, Particle was cool, except for those God forsaken Japanese Monster thingys.
