I just got back from backpacking in Philmont with the Venture Scouts, and it ruled so hardcore. It was my first time backpacking so everything was new to me and amazing. Has anyone else been there or has/does anyone here staff there? They were lots of way hippie looking rangers. I dug it muchly.
I went to Philmont last year and did a awesome trek. I was gonna staff when i turn 18 but ill be in college and such so im just gonna wait till i get out of school.
I've been to Philmont twice. Great experience. Im actually in the process of applying for a job there. Hope it works out.
