kudzu tater chips...(deep fried kudzu leaves) actually is edible past nutrition... should try them...
recipes galore on the net,, as far as the leaves,, we just deep fried them like a tater chip,, cook till they float an enjoy... The leaves can be used as a substitute for grape leaves in them type recipes,,you can dredge them in a batter an deep fry them,, like i said google kudzu recipes,,youd be amazed...
hmm ya i saw something about that on tv once. really invasive fast growing destructive but useful vine someone brought over from europe(or was it australia?) a while back...
