I'll introduce myself and say hi.

I'm a UK grower and although I have grows under my belt my specialist subject is humidity, heat and exhaust control. Not only within the confines of the grow area but through walls in flats, houses or houseboats! It wasn't my chosen subject as I just enjoy growing but my proffesion means it fell that way.

I see MeanGreen has been giving a stellar performance with information that clearly comes from experience. I hope to compliment his efforts, style and medium with what I have to offer. In the mean time, I'm orf to stop talking like an English gent!

SOG! No way, these girls were 4-5ft when finished after 6-8 weeks under sodium. I've toyed with SOG and although it's an interesting method I try and stay away from the commercial aspect. My current grow will give an estimated 1 kilo from 8 plants which looks commercial but isn't. I'm interested in breeding and have one strain of my own so far. Theres one more strain I want to develop this year which is why this grow is at 50% capacity and producing 1 kilo. I threw all clones and experimental seedlings under HID to clear the way for the next breeding session.

Thing is, I don't smoke a lot, but once you grow a few it gets addictive and as with everything I do in life, I push the barriers with sometimesc suprising but often comical results!

    Beautiful buds, (drooling manically)
They look far superior than the Marijuana museum grow room in Amsterdam
    when I was there last.
    Welcome to the site, btw.

Thanks Nemesis. I'll only be using my own photography unless otherwise stated.

Better than the museum plants! I must be in the wrong trade!!!!

Seriously, I'd be happy to help out with what I can around here but I'm unsure of my upload limit. I don't like to use Photobucket etc for security reasons.

I hope it's a long stay for and I'm gettin all revved up for Dam in November!!

    Rock on........

It's straight through venting MG. Drawn from within the house for a stable year round temperature, and exhausted through a roof vent similar to a gas boiler.
It runs 24/7 on an adjustable preset trickle (25%) but also has thermostatic control incorporated which brings in full 100% extraction when the temps reach your preset temperature. This gives the plants a constant room change 24/7 and raises extraction to combat heat issues when needed. It all looks after itself and I only need change the presets if the grow increases or decreases, or, season change from winter to summer but even then it's simply a twist of a dial. If your interested I can put a build thread up so you can build one? It'll cost £25 or $40US for the complete system less Exhaust. You may have seen the same factory built controller for £130-£380 but theres no need. This does the exact same thing without the shiny box! I keep in touch with 5 people who have used this system and it works.

    Twin 600HPS, Adjustawings, 25-75% Perlite/Soil, Organic.
I'm looking at moving right now as I'm interested in raised beds and drip organics.
    What you with?
