Try taking a break from masturbating until those scabs heal and go away.. If not, you're just repeating the cycle, masturbating = tearing off scabs = healing of scabs = masturbating.. Yeah, give it time to heal. My first girlfriend and I used to dry-fuck a lot, when she came over to do homework with me in my room. Sounds to me that you're concentrating too much pressure on the head of your penis. The head is too sensitive and can't take that kind of pressure.
