decriminalization vs. amount for ingestion

Just let's be clear. Marijuana is not illegal because it's unhealthy. They don't care that it's safer to eat than smoke. They care about competition to alcohol, tobacco, and phareceuticals. The fact that some states have these decrim laws as to having maybe a half ounce is only because people are getting fed up with users being the focus of the long-failed Drug War. They really don't give a shit about your health or long term monetary costs.

 

That about sums it up..

If you want to hear on detail why pot was mad illegal, if you dont' already know, then watch the movie "grass".It's a documentary on pot, very informative and funny.

 

As much as I appreciate post discussing the history of why pot is illegal ; I don't see how it has anything to do with why I started this thread. Please re-read what I posted.

(I want to know where more than an ounce is legal!) Not trying to stop anyone from smoking it or claim that this is why it is not fully decriminalized yet!
