How in the hell...

Is it that bad over there? Ireland and England ain't too bad. I mean everyone seems to be more laid back than what ye describe.... Then again America is such a big place I'm sure there is terrible places in it, but also real laid back places where people aren't judgemental.

I don't think America is that bad of a place. I love America. Of course, nobody likes our government and it seems that every time you turn on the news, it's always same thing: murder, rape, war, outrage. There is nothing positive on the news anymore.

As for the places that are really laid-back, I've lived in 5 different states and 3 of the places I lived in were really laid back. This part in Phoenix, AZ that I lived in for 10 years was very peaceful. Edgewood, NM was in the middle of nowhere so it was pretty laid-back. And Pottstown, PA has some really friendly people.

 

And I keep my Christmas lights on, on my front porch all year long and I know the words to every Charlie Daniels song.

 

I want to live with raging alcoholics and homosexuals.
