Don't forget the australian troops, we have about 950 troops in iraq, and a further 450 on the way, yes i know that doesn't sound like much but we have a small population (just a bit over 20 million)

Blair is just a sycophant. Many in Britain didn't want the war, but Mr.B was determined to go along with his little chum in the whitehouse. I saw him lying on TV about WMD. When it became clear that there were no WMD, the line changed to 'ridding Iraq of the tyrant Sadam'. But still, they've said just in the last week that they will continue to send failed asylum seekers back to Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe, where they may face torture or execution. And I don't see Britain deploying troops or doing anything else to rid the world of that tyrant.
Could it be something to do with the fact that Zimbabwe has no oil??

Another problem here is that many cities, including London have large Muslim populations, and I'm worried that this will result in a backlash against them, thus making the already deep divisions in British society even worse.

 

It is possible, but the minute these bombing happen, our media goes and advertises our "weak" spots ie dams, brisbane's power grid, the gold coast etc.

Also the Australian Government have said they will do nothing to try and upgrade our security system (looks around and says "we have a security system.....")

 

blah blah blah cmon now they arent giving much away there. its pretty obvious those would be good places to hit. even a tard could figure that one out.

and id be interested to see some evidence that the gov said that coz it sounds like some more basket weaver bullshit to me and i just saw the last statement by the gov and it never said that.

You forgot two things, 1) American Government's Plan of attack
and 2)

Step 4) Lie through your fucking teeth to the People about why, how, how many, when it will stop, make up other reasons "why" when the first few don't work, lie more, tell the people to "be vigilant."
