In health class last year, we learned that:

*Marijuana use increases male hormones in women, leading to manly traits
*girl hormones in boys and the opposite of above
*short term memory is fucked up (this is true, but not the way they want you to believe!!!)
*bloodshot eyes are a result of increase in blood pressure (I can't find evidence for that ANYWHERE)
    ....
and a whole bunch of other stuff that I forgot at the moment, heh. It was sooo funny, through the whole drug unit I had to try very hard to keep from cracking up. Now I'm out of high school and there will be no more drug propaganda entertainment. Sad day. Haha. So everyone who has yet to go through these classes, laugh at it and get an A in proaganda study! It's great times. I wish I had gone to class baked.

My health teacher didn't even bother to teach us about drugs, she hardly even came to class.

It is so annoying...I try to explain to my classmates that it is bullshit, but they all just swallow it...EVEN when my teacher reads something from the book and then goes, "That's not true." one day, he threw out the book and read his own notes...he smokes, I asked him after class...cool guy, taught us the REAL deal....

Yeah, I spent a lot of my teenage years on a slow downward spiral experimenting with drugs and alcohol.

actually, bloodshot eyes are the result of less pressure--that's why the tiny veins in the eye expand so that you can see them. that's also why it's supposedly good for glaucoma.
