dude, this guy is named EddieIzzard, he's a comedian in England, and he rules!!! his shows are so funny, especially at parties when you are drunk, everyone falls about laughing Peace
I wear a wide silver band on my 2nd toe as well, I think it looks nice. I'm 230 pounds of burley Scotsman, and I wear a toe ring. Feminine? maybe, who cares. Feminine or masculine fashionwise is a social standard, and a matter of perception. Who cares if it looks feminine, I think it looks sexy.
Happy to hear you feel that way. Let it be feminine, (or feminine enough) you're definitely comfortable with yourself in whatever proportion it works out for you. For me, I wear at least one, and usually two toe rings. I like the way this looks on me. I'm mostly guy, but it does look a little feminine on me, and I'm very happy with that.
This thread has inspired me to get a second toe ring! I put this one on my right foot, on the fourth toe (next to the little toe). It's silver with dark 5-pointed stars around it -- for some reason it reminds me of an old coin, or something from the Civil War period. Toe rings rock!
This is a great thread! I am a straight guy and I have worn toe rings on and off for years. Love hearing the females perspective on this too!
i don't think that toe rings are something only for women to use. i like toe rings on guys just as well as on women. i mean, men wear rings... are toe rings that different?
I've had up to six at one time, but that was just getting damn uncomfortable. All of my rings I've had for years, full rings, not the bendy ones you slip on and off. I go barefoot alot, and when not, I'm usually in flipflops or some kind of slipper and I can't count how many times I catch folks staring at my feet. I've only had one girl tell me to my face she thought it was hot. One other girl is obsessed with my feet. That's it. Mostly I get questioned why? My answer is why not. I love 'em though. I was going to venture back up to 6, but it makes wearing shoes really uncomfortable.
I get lots of stares, looks, whatever you want to call it, from young women and girls about my tanned feet and two toe rings. Reading their faces, it looks like there's at least interest, perhaps even admiration. A very few guys notice, or will allow themselves to acknowledge it. Never have I had a negative comment on toe rings, but rarely I hear the infernal negative sounding "where are your shoooz---" from 60ish women, never from guys. This ALWAYS gets ignored. Silence speaks volumes. It's taking me way too long to learn it, but I'm getting there. Most of the negativity I hear has more to do with my persistent, insistent shorts-wearing. ODD, but the older I get, the less I hear about that. Some things are getting better---now if we could only convince stores
I love guys wearing jewelry, and while I've never seen a guy in a toe ring before, I think it'd look awesome.
