Hi! This was sent to me by someone about the Peace Fest in Chicago, on July 9-10 (Sat and Sun) PeaceFest is a gathering of people in support of world peace at Montrose and LSD. We set up a huge stage, and various booths and exhibits, in order to share peace and information about peace pursuits with people through music, speakers, art, and by example. It is free. Many people choose to make a day of the festival. They bring a blanket or chairs, some food and drink, and anything else they would normally bring to hang out by the lake. Then they enjoy a very eclectic grouping of bands and people for an overall positive experience. Children and pets are welcome.
Ah yes, I finally get to catch the Peace Fest!!! I keep missing the dates, or I have to work, or there is something else stopping me. Not this year though. Should be a good time
