I wouldn't break up with him unless you are certain he's cheating.. I have had bf's that talked about other girls and was really only friends.. If he keeps talking about her I would ask him what the deal is and let him know it's making you uncomfortable.. If he is seeing someone else it will come out eventually anyway. I wish you the best.
get some friends (or family he doesnt know) to follow him, if he mentions that hes going to see this "friend" that would be the perfect time to have someone follow him otherwise try and contact her yourself and ask whats going on. or you can do what orgazmik said
You should evaluate whether you really want to be in a relationship with this guy, he sounds like a player.
