Legal..?

I keep seeing ads for "legal buds from Hawaii" and the like. Does anyone know what these are or if they are legal and if so why they're legal?

ha i duno bout that....but i heard the weed in hawaiii is uh plentiful and delish! and probably iilegal. im moving there in a month and ill tell u how it is haha.

 

dude...any legal cannabis substitue is just a scam...if its legal, its not cannabis (in the US or anywhere else its illegal)

 

they have "legal bud" in the back of hightimes mag, but it won't get you high. why waste your money?

 

I always wanted to get some of that shit, roll it in a joint, light it and walk though some cop-infested place while puffing on it and see how far I can get without getting arrested.
