Alternate To Solar Smoking

I just light my joints off the stove coil or the inside of the toaster.

 

hmmm...that's a thought. What's the difference.

 

^ no butane from the lighter; more taste, less waste (chemicals).

 

you can't light a bowl with a toaster though... but I was considering getting the end of a steel rod red hot in a campfire, and using that to smoke a bowl with.

 

^ yeah, I was gonna say, I never smoke joints...so this does me no good. I'd thought of the same idea, with the steel rod.

just wondering...do you think you actually inhale any butane when you use a lighter? Seems like most would burn, but still, maybe it doesn't. I know some people like to inhale butane fumes (stupid, because it can kill you), and I wonder if it would affect the marijuana high if you were getting some butane in with it...

 

why not matches?

 

I have a friend that has a glass rod he heats up with a torch, so that goes along with heating up a metal rod. For some reason glass seems like it would be better though.

 

when our lighter broke last night, we used an insense stick to light a bowl, i didn't like the taste of the incense too much though...

 

Yea some things just smell better than they taste.

I was so desprate, I lit a joint from our furnace pilot light Cause my lighter broke.

 

Stove coil works well for joints and blunts, for a bowl theres always a candle...

 

a candle? dude, if you have a match or lighter with which to light the candle, why would you need the candle at all?

 

candles/incense lol and matches suck

lighters are cool and work very well

so who cares use a lighter
