i was wondering would it be safe to bring my pipe with me on a charter bus? i dont know about the security on them im going from OR to CA if anything the CA station is what i would worry about , i read the thread on trains but i didnt know if buses were anydifferent and if it would be safe to bring a bubbler wit me which does have resin on it any help would be appreciated thanks
I've never taken a peice on a bus, but a month or so ago I took a greyhound from Atlanta to Orlando and they didnt check my bags or anything. I'd think you'll be fine.
I took my piece and a ten sack on a Greyhound a while ago, across the state. They didn't have searches or anything... the only thing security was interested in was controlling two guys who were fighting at the Seattle station. You'll be fine! Just keep whatever it is you have on your person (backpack, purse, or whatnot).

clean it, and rinse it in something that thc is soluble in... like acetone(industrial only) just to be sure you have 100% of the resin outta there, and they can't bust ya for it.
ya i did soaked in rubbing alcohol , the carb is completely clean there is a lil tiny bit of resin on the chamber deep inside the bubbler i cant get out but its like a film with a few specks black in it still damn clean i think be fine thnx for help n suggestions i dont think they will search my luggage they put on the bus anyway?
it depends on the state. there are some states in which even clean glass is illegal. Also, carry it ON you!! They won't search anything without good reason, but if they do, they will be more apt to search your bags underneath the bus. I watched one guy get his shit searched in PA and they found coke in his bag. If he had put it in his pocket, they wouldn't have found it. I have always found that if you are worried about a valuable, keep it as close to your body as you can. Only in severe situations will someone perform a body search. Plus, they treat the bags like airline luggage (like crap) It might get broken if you leave it in there.

I wonder if, when you have resin on the inside of a pipe, you could be charged with possession of marijuana? I don't know, but I bet you could be. Either way, a piece is almost always considered drug paraphernalia. yukmouth, in an x-ray machine, I think most pieces would like like sex toys honestly...
