We have a Yurt for sale.
Custom built by my husband who grew up in construction The Features
    are:
    1. Walls are 8.5 ft high instead of 7 ft high with Vertical Grain Fir (no knots)
    2. The walls are single insulated and the Vinyl is rated 15 year
    instead of 10 year.
    3. The roof is double insulated with reflectix. Vinyl is rated 15 year instead of 10 year.
    4. It is 27 feet in diameter
    5. Two tone blue on walls and tan roof.
    6. It has a 5 foot dome with crank to open it.
    7. The rafters are 2x6 #1 Douglas Fir, no cheep Home Depot stuff
    here.
    8. It has a Loft that is about 45 percent of one side.
    9. Stairs to loft are custom made Jefferson style stairs which allow for a natural step on step stairs
    10. Additional door to be used as back door or to attach additional yurt back door is solid core medal clad
    11. A four foot sewn in window with screen and zippered heavy duty
    plastic
    12. A three foot sewn in window with screen and zippered heavy duty
    plastic
    13. Full kitchen with Ikea Freestanding cabinets and propane stove/oven,sink and refrigerator, dishwasher cabinet (dishwasher not included)
    14. Wood stove
    15. Wood stove pad
    16. Flashing for wood stove is installed.
    17. The floor is 4” structured insulated panel covered in 12x12
    commercial tile.
    18. Front door is 6 panel solid wood door with carvings,.
    19. Also have a custom build walkway cover off front door.
    20. Remote control ceiling fan with light.
The materials used make this comparable to the Eagle style that
Rainier Yurts sell. To buy something comparable from Rainier Yurts
would be about 21.5k. Then the additional items including the loft,
kitchen, walkway(could be used to attach another or building to it)
and wood stove cost us about 5K.
It is available the last week of June through the 4th of July
weekend. I will assist the buyer in the dismantling and go over the
in’s and out’s of building it/putting it back up if it can be
done on a Sunday. We keep Saturday Holy so nothing can be done on that day. We have lived in it about 10 months and have really enjoyed it. Since we are moving to Louisiana we didn’t’ think it
would last the Hurricane season very well.
We will have this in the newspapers this next week and will be
entertaining all offers. We are looking for around 17K and will go
from there depending on the amount of interest. If you would like
to talk to my husband directly his cell number is 253-651-5221 or
the home number for after hours is 253-884-0532. We won’t be
able to answer any questions during Saturday. My email is kayte@mrandy.com.
