It is available the last week of June through the 4th of July weekend. I will assist the buyer in the dismantling and go over the in’s and out’s of building it/putting it back up if it can be done on a Sunday. We keep Saturday Holy so nothing can be done on that day. We have lived in it about 10 months and have really enjoyed it. Since we are moving to Louisiana we didn’t’ think it would last the Hurricane season very well. We will have this in the newspapers this next week and will be entertaining all offers. We are looking for around 17K and will go from there depending on the amount of interest. If you would like to talk to my husband directly his cell number is 253-651-5221 or the home number for after hours is 253-884-0532. We won’t be able to answer any questions during Saturday.
