but it seems to me that since I have paid 500 bucks to be in a four week art class that I should not have to buy supplies every week I'm dead broke and the teacher didn't show up yesterday so today she shows up telling us that we have to buy a list of things and have our project done by Thursday. WTF? When money is involved there should be some notice I'm like "SHIT! What am I paying all that money for?"
That happened to me when I took drawing. I had to pay $50 for supplies. You better believe I started claiming stuff that was left for over two days. I had to buy special paper for my series, five drawings of an octopuss lamp. It was two dollars a sheet. No more drawing classes for me. The pads of paper that I had to buy for regular drawings were $20+. That's why artists are called starving artists. Not because they can't sell their work, but because supplies are so damn expensive.

You should always draw what's inside...not what the teacher you pay tells you to draw.... I'm sure Mr. Picasso never took a class... -logicalway
