Juliet Victoria - Juliet because i wanted to name her Violet/Violetta/Willow/Autumn but her dad wanted to name her Jennifer/Jessica. Juliet was the compromise. Victoria for my dad... kind of... he's a huge history freak and reads a lot about Queen Victoria. Jakob Nathan John - Jakob for a grandfather on the paternal side, Nathan for my dad, John for my ex's dad. -z
My children are: Erich Bryan ~ because I had loved the name Erich since I was a child, we choose the German spelling because my husband is German, and the middle name for the Cleveland Browns quaterback in 1979, when Erich was born. Jonathan David ~ after the amazing friendship between these biblical men. It has served him well, having the qualities of both. Ana ~ because it means grace (and graceful she is!) Rachel ~ because I loved this name since I was a child and for some reason thought of it as a "hippie" name, I've no idea why. Heidi ~ that german heritage coming through again. Fits her amazingly! (that's her in my sig. pic. with our horse!) Danielle Grace ~ Hmmm.....my brother always told me not to give a girl a french name....it just gives guys ideas, and she is a beauty! Joy Gabrielle ~ My baby! what can I say, she is my joy and her exhurberance is contagious to all who meet her!
Alexa~ I looked up to an Alexa in jr.high who was very smart and athletic Weston~ Because I love the west Ruby~ Because she precious like a stone

my little sister told me today if her and her fiance(shes 18 hes 31) have kids shes got a couple names picked out...lilly,abigail and lucy for a girl and taylor, jordyn and timothy(after his cousin ) for a boy...how cute
We named our son Page Emery. Page because we actually both agreed on it and kind of also has a Phish reference. I originally wanted Emery for a first name, it's my dad's name and also my great grandpas. My husband refused but I talked him into it for the middle name. I just love his name and it just fits him so well. If we would have had a girl we would have named her Summer Rain or August Sunshine.
No kids yet, but I have a few names I just adore: Ryver-Raen Willow Sage (stolen from someone who posted in this thread earlier: sorry, but I love it! Willow's are my favorite!) I used to think Summer-Raen, but then I stole it for myself And then something to do with Skye and Ryver and Sierra. I dunno, I love the ocean, mountains, rivers, and sky, so something to do with those would fit nicely
Starr Ryah- Starr (Just because I like the name) and Ryah (A middle name I made up while looking at a book of baby names) I'm pregnant with a boy, and I believe his name is going to be Leland Cole, but I also like the name Maddox.
Well thank you! I have grown to love it to. As a kid I hated it because it was so different! - now, I LOVE it because it's so different! lol
I've got a step daughter named Brianna Renee... hmm, now I am curious as to why that name was chosen since I have read this thread. If I have a girl, I wish for her name to be one of the following: Jada Rain (99% sure it will be this) because I love the name Jade/Jada.. and nature is just one thing I'll never get enough of Lilllian Ryvre (or switched around) I never really liked the name Lilly...but lately it's sounding very cute..I like Lillian more though ( I feel like my mother in law...she loves the name Angla and Douglas...so those are her childrens names.... but can't stand Angie or Doug..hah) and Ryvre...once again, the nature thing...it's just beautiful I had wanted Jada Sage... but with the last name of Green.. it just doesn't work..hah... If it's a boy..... Nathanael Storm NAthanael i enjoy (Nathan too, hehehe)..and Storm ..well.. look above... heh
I love weeping willows as well..and the name is beautiful just like the tree! But, I can't find anything that sounds right with the name Willow. Rayna (pronounced just like it looks..rain-uh) Rhiannon (Rye-annon=pronunciation) Ray-ana I enjoy these 3 names quite a lot..and have tried to work my way around the fact they can't be given to my child..I've got to think of my step daughter... Brianna.. they just sound too much alike.. to have a Brianna and a Rayana running around.. .AAAH! there'd be so much confusion I think we'd all explode!
Our new daughter's name is Roisin Dubh (pronounced Rosheen Dove)- means dark rose in Irish. Pain for people to spell but it sounds so beautiful and my hubby is Irish (and far away from his home) so is very chuffed. Our first daughters name is Kalina which means breeze in Koori (Aboriginal). It was a name we were considering but then she was born on a really windy day so we had to go with it. Some great names in here am adding them to my list- good boys names are really hard to come by. Cheers!
I don't have any kids yet, but when I do, I'd like to have a boy and girl, named Lou and Chloe, or Julian and Lyra. Why? Dunno! Just love the names
I have two daughters My first is Azaylea Lynn Harmony I named her this because I lived in Arcata at the time of her birth and they grow like wild out there by the redwoods. My second in which I had just 2 weeks ago from today I named her Magnolia Jo Rainbow because I had her at the national Rainbow Gathering in WV I went with the flower theme what can I say?
