i have no idea what career i want i think i might do some managment courses along with my urban studies program... then there is always my love for history, but i dont know what i could do with that...i used to wanna be an archelogicist, however you spell it, but thats not realistic and writing, i will write some book one day whatever i end up doing, i hope it involves travel.
Yeah, I never even thought about philosophy until I got to college, and then I realized that I was much better at my philosophy classes (and found them more interesting) than my science ones. But since I have devoted 2 years to science, I guess I will finish with it.

Over the years, I've wanted to be: - A Ghostbuster (when I like 8 years old) - A Linguist - A sports commentator - A French teacher (but no chance in hell that will happen. I love the language, but I don't speak it well enough to be a teacher) - A Journalist - Working in some way for the International Olympic Committee - A Magazine editor - A Travel Writer (which actually is my dream job. And if I do the right things in the future, I could be a travel writer). - A high school teacher (which I think I might do when I get back to the U.S.)

Quote: i used to wanna be an archelogicist, however you spell it, but thats not realistic i used to do archaeology, it's actually pretty acheivable at least in the US. it didn't pay well though and i was always in a hotel out in the middle of nowhere. had some great days doing it and some days of absolute hell, being eaten by mosquitos, digging for 12 hours etc. Found lot's of cool stuff, got to map out old abandoned structures so that was good.
Over the years I've wanted to be: a paleontologist, psychologist, college professor. Now I'm thinking along the lines of artist/writer. And I want to be a mommy one day...and I think that's a career in itself.

in the past: veterinarian (when i was a kid) teacher (first year of college) sign language interpreter (later in college) cosmetologist (last year...dropped out of school, may go back eventually) dream job: fashion designer (should have gone to art school to start with, instead of spending so much time half ass pursuing other things) future plans: stay at home mommy (i do consider this to be a career, and it is something i have always wanted to do. now, if only i could get pregnant....)
