Think about it, what if the CIA hired or brainwashed him to be the guy he was and make people who look like hippies to kill for him, maybe it was a secret way that the CIA made the Hippy Movement look dangerous, and to make people turn against the hippies and block them from society and take away their voice. Just think about it....

i dont think that happened. if the govenment wanted hippies to look bad they could have just shown all the poor, drugged out, violent hippies. i really dont think the government would go so far as to have someone kill a bunch of people to make others look bad.

 

HAHA, don't be surprised!! I have heard that theory b4, that charlie was a cia operative, when I was in college, in a sociology class, my profeesor brought it up, but everyone thought it was nuts. Incidentally, anyone c the remake of HELTER SKELTER? A little more glammed out than the original, but there is info in the new 1 that wasn't in the first 1, or in the book about Linda Cassabian.
