My first bong ("Thor" haha) was one of those plastic milk jugs. It's cool to have the handle and all but I'd say just make one from a big soda bottle because it was a bitch to clear.

Well I used a hollowed out bic pen with a tin foil bowl, but don't do that. It's really, really, really bad for your health. (burning tin and plastic). I'd just ask around and get a cheap metal bowl if I were you.

Just use a socket from a socket wrench set and a hollowed out marker...that's perfectly fine, because the marker plastic doesn't burn as long as you use the socket as the bowl so it's fine for your health

Listerine bottles work well...so do those plastic paintball jugs

it would work, but the best bottle to make a bong out of is this

    only in plastic version

    i made this yesterday
    she's my salvia bong [IMG]

    Materials Used:

    1 POM Wonderful Bottle- CAN$4.16
    1 Glass Bowl- CAN$9.00
    1 Rubber Grommet- CAN$1.50
    Total Cost: $14.66 Canadian

as far as househole objects go, for bowls the best thing to use is probably a clean socket for a wrench
