Looking to buy FM Transmitter

Well, I'm looking to start up my own pirate radio station, and I figured I could probably find a good FM transmitter for sale here. I'm looking for anything in the range of 15-50 watts. I've looked up plans for them and found them to be rather complex for my experience with electronics, and the ones for commercial sale are really expensive. So if any of you know how to make one and could make me one, or has a spare one for sale, I'd be willing to buy, provided the price isn't out of my range.
