last i heard 5-MeO-DMT was still legal...and salvia has its own unique effects, with its short duration its sometimes compared to N,N-DMT...but apparently it is a very strong hallucinogen, I just purchased some 10x today, havent got a chance to try it yet tho, but dont underestimate salvia, do your research on erowid or sagewisdom...

 

Yea, 5meodmt is legal if you're not in possession of it with intent for human consumption... so unless you're doing some lab testing for your science project, it is illegal.

Please don't compare salvia with dmt- anyone who has made this comparison to you is either making this statement based solely on the duration of the experience, or is just wacked. DMT is a psychedelic experience... VERY psychedelic.. I wouldn't call Salvia a psychedelic experience, I don't even how the hell to categorize that weird shit. Most people who can handle the salvia experience could not handle the DMT experience.

Yea, smoking synthetic DMT is sort of like being catapulted into an alternate psychedelic world where new beings exist and very very strange, trippy things happen lol. Then you return to base line pretty quickly (not as quickly as salvia). DMT is hard enough to score as is, but scoring quality synthesized DMT over ayahuasca (which you would drink not smoke anyways) or crude unpurified extraction is near impossible unless you know or are a chemist... Not to mention there aren't many people who are down for the experience, and those down for it aren't necessarily ready, which makes it a low-interest product (from a capatalist point of view, which is the point of view of the legal and illegal drug industry).

 

Actually i think your thinking of regular DMT.... the 5-meo-DMT is legal everywhere except Cali.

No, 5-meo-dmt is an analogue of DMT. DMT is specifically scheduled. This means that under the analogue law, that if you are in possession of 5-meo-dmt intended for human consumption, you can be prosecuted.

You are forgetting about Kratom leaves, Ayahuasca which you can order the ingredients for and make yourself... I think 2CT7 is still legal. Betel Nuts. Nutmeg. Someone mentioned amanitas but be careful with them. san pedro which has mescaline in it. and there is a whole cornecopia of others, go to erowid.org and look them up.. and also if you want ether from starter fluid you can perform a simple process to filter out the ether from the rest of the harmful chemicals... oh and hawaiian baby woodrose seeds are stronger than morning glory so you dont have to eat quite as many... only 15. but be sure to get the seed strings out when you grind them up

The drugs in a lot of legal plants are illegal, so you probably could be prosecuted if found with the plant prepared for ingestion... 2c-t-7 is specifically scheduled, and research chemicals are not legal highs anyways. The ones that aren't scheduled are illegal to possess for human consumption because of the analog law.

Dude, research chemicals are not really legal. They are not scheduled, but they are all analogs of scheduled chemicals. This means that if you get caught with them for human consumption you can be prosecuted... When people talk about legal highs they are talking about nutmeg, amanitas, kratom, etc.
