if you don't have to take out earrings i dont think you would have to take out a peircing.anyway you can just tell them they are peirced, wave there wand over top of your shirt and they shoudl let you through.
Yeah it'd just be hard to tell them when my parents are right there. i wanna get a cool sun sheild after it heals.
I don't see the point. I mean, I guess if you were to walk around topless and stuff but you wouldn't really see it under your shirt. But then again, it's not like it's gross or anything if you did walk around topless, so it's OK I guess. I'm just not attracted to them, but whatever floats your boat.
actually you can see them under tight tank tops and stuff. and plus they are more for oneself than others.. or maybe people just think they are sexy. plus, it's a great surprise for a significant other as well.
i got my nipples pierced a little over a year ago...the first one hurt pretty bad..i screamed when i got it done..and then the second one was beyond painful...i guess its because the adrenaline in your body kinda leaves after the first one is done...but it all depends on how sensitive your nipples are..if you have really sensitive nipples..chances are its gunna hurt like a bitch..either way though there will be pain..theres a needle going through your body..just make sure your getting it done in a clean place and that they are licensed...none of that "in my friends basement" type of deal...its a bad place to get infected and if not done right you can lose feeling in your nipples..which is not cool...besides that i got rings in mine..easier to clean..i still havent changed them cause i dont see a reason too..they were sore for a bit but i had no problem wearing a bra or anythin..just take some sort of over the counter pain killer...and i have caught them a few times like brushing my hair...it hurts a bit but only bled a little...and if you're sexually active i wouldnt recommend having anyone touch them hands or mouth for a while...its an easy way to get them infected...if you have any questions feel freee to ask!!!
yeah sucking on them after they are done is a no no. it feels good while it's happening, but the next morning... OUCH!
That's pretty unkind. I don't really see how nipple piercing is stupid. Maybe it's disgusting to you, but that doesn't mean that who ever is getting it done is unintelligent.
yeah, mike well this is the body mod forum - for people who like it and are interested in exchanging information about it, not for people to come in here and tell them "don't take offense but they're 'borgs' and uncool." whatever. i LOVE my husband's piercings
a true, sick story... ok, so me & my hubby went out one night and left our friends hanging out at the house - drinkin of course. well, we had just re-upped on a bunch of piercing equipment and had a box of new jewlery in. those idiots decided to help themselves to a nipple piercing. so they get the piercing needle out - for those of you that aren't familiar with them, they are not so much a needle as a sharp tube, sized to the gauge of the jewelry that cuts a plug of flesh out. the jewelry SHOULD BE seated into the back of the piercing needle and pushed through WITH the needle. but, in their brilliance, the one guy jabs the needle through the other guy's nipple, without pushing the jewlery with it - he tries to jam it through the hole after he pulls the needle through. that just don't work like that folks - and to top it off, the hole wasn't even straight, it was crooked. well, when we got home we found the victim still bitchin & moanin over his mangled nipple and cryin about what his wife was gonna say (should thought of that first, idjit!). after laughin our asses off & tellin them they need to be whipped for bein such fools, my hubby had to tell them in no uncertain terms to DO NOT PLAY WITH SHARP OBJECTS WITHOUT SOBER SUPERVISION. the victim recovered in a couple of weeks - after being subjected to much ridicule in the neighborhood - and then got them both repierce nice & neat and no infection.
hey! don't tell him to shut up just cuz he's 34 - hell, i'm older than him (but infinitely way cooler - lol!!!)
wooahh woaahh....though you are entitled to your own opinion...don't be so harsh michael...i have a lot of piercings..none which are visible except my ears...i took my tongue ring out a month ago because i decided it had been long enough..(3 yrs)...my piercings dont hurt and i dont complain about them cause i took good care of them...they aren't for anyone elses enjoyment except my own..and thats why people should get piercings in the first place..your body..your choice..dig it?
well, I don't like it on girls.. I was doing it myself though..I think it's more attractive on males, that's all..
Evidence of body piercing goes back as far as 4000 years, here's an excert of one article found at: http://www.tribalectic.com/Archives/Aug2002/GuestArticle2.asp Soldiers in Caesar's army wore nipple rings to emphasize masculinity and status. Women in the 14th century pierced their nipples to show how elastic and youthful their breasts were. Prince Albert himself popularized piercing the male genitalia. High-class men would hook the penis to the back of the leg in order to prevent "accidents" and to keep a smooth look in those tight-ass pants. For some, this may be a hard fact to swallow. But it's history and it's true. if yer gonna talk history, know history, or otherwise please state IN MY OPINION just my opinion
Hey, wow, look at me replying to my own post because YES, I got my nipple pierced! I went with my girlfriend, who has both of hers pierced (has had them for five years) and got my left one done. My experience was really not bad at all. Yes, it hurts when the needle is put through, 'cause let me tell you, it's evident that even though the needle is plenty sharp, skin is TOUGH! It seemed to take the guy a lot of pushing to get it through to the cork. That part hurt plenty, but it's a very local pain, and I am so used to being poked with needles (blood donations for years). I'm kinda proud to say that I just lay there on the chair and looked at it while it happened, breathed in, breathed out, and didn't make a single sound! Afterwards, she and I went to Walmart to get Bactine, which is the stuff that the piercing place recommends. (By the way, they say to not use neosporin or stuff like that because it starves the wound of air that helps heal it.) Right after it was pierced, it throbbed just a little bit, but I wouldn't call it really painful. It was a dull thing, not a sharp pain. I was, of course, cautious to not let anything bump it and I moved a bit carefully. But honestly, it is now four days later and it really does not hurt much at all! (Only if something bumps it and makes the ring twist the nipple a bit.) I am kind of living proof, I guess, that not all nipple piercings produce a lot of enduring pain and soreness. I think that might be only if people let them get infected. I've been keeping mine washed and cleaned with Bactine pretty thoroughly. I'm really glad I got it. I am eager for it to be totally healed, but they said 4-8 months!! Once it's healed, it'll be really fun to play with. -Jeffrey
Um, tell that to my girlfriend. I suck her tits with metal rings in them all the time. (Soon she'll be sucking mine, when it's healed.) Of course, I prefer to suck her clit... which is not pierced. -Jeffrey
havin your nipple pierced is all good unless the clamp slips off during the procedure in which case scream like a little girlie because it f**kin hurts aarrrgghhhhhhhhhhh ps the crap monkey told me so
