Philly Folk Fest Roll Call!!!!

Who is goin to Folk Fest this year??? you may run into me by Aurora Borealis. for those who have been there before you know what im talkin about! oh yeah and how many years has everyone been goin??

 

i went last year but i wont have the money to go this year.

 

I think I will get back this year I have not been in 6 years as i now live in Co.

 

Won't miss it for the world, this will be my 5th straight year.....

Line-up is already starting to look good!

 

ill definately be there. i was there last year, this would only be my second year.

 

if you volunteer you only have to pay the $10 membership fee. then they give you two meals a day, the only thing you would really need money for is anything extra you would want while there.

 

I wouldn't miss it for the world! This will be my ninth year in a row. Fourth year on camping committee. I can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I'm on camping too, work up in the office. Looking forward to this show, especially Guthrie!!

I don't think you will find a better vibe then the one given out at this festival.

 

i think ill be volunteering for the camping committee as well. im pretty sure thats what i did last year.

 

did they move it from the spot they had it at last year? cause i liked it alot it was right across from where i was campin!!

 

No, Last year was the first year that they had it in that location. I think its the perfect spot for it.

campsite location means a lot, but in the end dude, you make the campsite what it is. I've camped all over fest, including once in quiet camping and it was always a blast. God i love the people of tent city......

 

My fav memory from last year was getting off my work shift at 1 am and walking through the tents and hearing the overture from Tommy. I walked towards the sounds, and stayed to hear a performace of the whole show by one guy on guitar.
