For me, it is flushing a toilet. I mean it's all good if I am in the company of either people, but if I am alone, I fricken flip. The gameplan is to first A) open the bathroom door b) Place foot on top of handle c) See where my escape route is d) flush and run O.J. Simpson style down the halls. It really fucking freaks me out when they create a moaning sound...
wow dude that is really ill but i can't judge. how long have you been scared of flushing toilets and what exactly is it about them that scares you?
What the fucking fuck?! Holy shit this is weird. Go ahead and laugh, but I am deathy afraid of a toilet that is overflowing!!! There are certain toilets I will not go near (I hate those public toilets with the black seats) because they "look" scary. I have had this fear all my life, and although it has lessened over the years, it still makes my life hell once in a while. It really sucks being single at those times, since I am forced to deal with it, which can be very traumatic, believe it or not. People have some strange phobias. I think I fell in the toilet when I was a kid.
i dont like the loud noise aeroplane toilets make when they "flush" it sucks all the air in i have to cover my ears when i do it. the only phobia i have is with spiders
i'm afraid of lost things....like coins on the street, or thinngs that people lose in public places, i can't even step on them, i can't touch them
i never really liked flushing a toliet when someone wasnt home, but ive never taken it as far as you, thats some crazy stuff there. i have a severe phobia with spiders, i once saw one in my room and i slept at my friends house for the next 3 days until the exterminator came and took care of things.
I don't like that either. But I don't like going to the loo in an airplane anyway coz it's just unnatural to pee 10 or so kilometers above the ground. Anyway.. I'm scared of wardrobes that have long coats hanging from the ceiling so that you can barely see under them. :&
OMG, I thought I was alone in this. I am TERRIFIED of an overflowing toilet. I don't know why, but when I see that water rising to the top...*shudders* Weird. Not sure why I'm afraid of it, but I've always been.
i use to be scared of sitting on the toilet cause when i was little my dad would tell me a hand could come up and pull me in so i better be careful...then I turned 19 and realized that wouldnt happen...
I'm deathly afraid of dragon flies. Spiders too, but dragon flies even moreso. I will seriously start to panic when I see one. I'm also terrified of birds flying near me. When we had a wild bird that had gotten into our house a few months back, I was a hysterical mess. Everytime that thing flew past me, I dropped to the floor screaming like a maniac with my hands over my head.
hahaha funny thing is birds only swoop you if they think it might scare you, so when people get upset by it they keep doing it my bird has tried that to me once... never again
When I was little, for some crazy reason my mom told me about an incident that had been in the newspaper about a little boy sitting down to use the toilet and having a snake come up and bite his rear end. Why she told me that is beyond me, because after that I was convinced that a snake was going to come up out of the toilet and bite me too. It made using the toilet a bit of a traumatic event.
Well that bird sure knew what it was doing then because it kept swooping over me! You'd think my hysterical screaming would have scared the poor thing! My husband thought the whole thing was hilarious, and the bird probably did too, like "haha, look at this chick!". I sure didn't think it was funny!
