I took paxil for a month or 2 when I was 18...before starting I had been smoking regularly for about a year. I continued to smoke the month or two I was taking the meds but I cut back to smoking like once a day, and I noticed no difference at all. My doctor told me it would put me at greater risk for a stroke or heart attck or something like that, so I was a little extra noid while smoking, but other than that, I didn't notice any difference.
