by my screen name one my decude that i very much care for the misfortunes of others... not really. in general i really don't care even though i know my should. i think that quite a few other people may feel this way. i mean on certain things i do feel bad, but most of the time it just seems so far away that i really don't care! let's be honest, if we hear about two people drown in a flash flood in brazil do we really give a crap? no, because it doesn't matter. i just find myself kind of bizarre, that on one level i'm so filled with empathy and love everybody, but at the same time on another level i'm thinking 'screw this guy, he's an asshole'. but oh well, this is just my little confession. thanks.
