why does the hair dye color never come out in my hair?

Wow, your school must really suck. At my school they wouldn't give two shits. I've been to school with bright red hair and gotten complimented.

 

ya man, i went to skool with electric blue and put hairspray over it. it wuz aqll shiney. and the teachers and evry 1 was tellin me i looked sexy with it in. but that wuz only my female frends the teachers thawt it looked tight.
