I don't think slander and vulgarities are part of freedom of speach. I belive freedom of speach was to cover any form of protest or civilized communication between opposing partisapants. I don't think that rudeness and bad mouthing is covered under the first ammendment. I think that this kind of speach falls under the heading of slander. So to ban such a person would not go against the freedom of speach but instead for slandering.

He's not banned for this thread, but for ban evasion, coming back as an other identity, while under ban for a different Guidline infraction. Nothing to do with Free Speech, but attacking people, and Ban Evasion. This thread just brought attention to himself.
