Do you believe that every person has something that he was meant to be, the feeling that you are made for something and you can't magine yourself doing anything else? I feel like that about my piano and I think i get these signs from God or something, signs only I can understand. What do you tnik about this, do you ever get that feeling?
Oh yeah, i think thats some healthy thinkin, i think it all lies in each of our energies crystalizations, like where we all naturally lie in how we percieve, which is an infinite field, there are no limits to how we crystalize in this dualistic reality. Signs are a good thing to tune into, whatever touches you has purpose and meaning. Me, i was meant to write books and stuff.
i believe this, but i dont know what i'm meant to do. im at a time in my life now when i want to know what it is and do it, but i just dont have any idea what im supposed to do
We appear to have what I call a "spiritual" DNA, and it is there that what I call our Destiny Lines are mapped out. There's also a built-in flux component, which means that we have limited free will.....so those lines can "bend" a little bit.
see..it's all so hard to sort out. i believe that our life is going to go ONE WAY, the way it's supposed to go. the way it's headed. the way it's all planned out, and we can do nothing to change that. but, in the same sense i think we create our own reality. tune into those signs though sister, check out The Celestine Prohecy..the signs will guide you through your life
i dont think people are predestined for anything because people just end up being like the people they hang out with. if someone thinks their predestined to play piano its probably just because they listen to piano music or have reletive and friends that play piano, but if they where raised with a bunch of gangsters or something they would not think that. but on the other hand they could have been predestined to be raised with friend who played piano. plus if i look at myself, im a fanatic liberal in an entire family,mom+dads side, like 30 or 40 people who are fanatic conservatives,but i could just be an exception, i really dont know what to think
I can really relate to that "don't know what to think thing", you know, but these signs always happen to me, and I think that there is something more to that.... like yesterday I played my first public recital and it eas awesome, really great, but anyway, I played one of beethoven's sonata called "The Storm", and when I played first few notes, the thunders and lightenings sarted and it was really a storm, I mean, that kinda freaked me out, I just remember I tought "damn", weird......
Apparently you aren't supposed to know what you should do at this point in life, so just float for a bit (ten years or so) and see what catches your fancy. You could always be a dilletante...
Everyone has a path they take and everything that happens has to happen that way and couldnt happen differently. Everyone has something that they are meant to do in life.
many times ive seen that my life has already been mapped out, and its really wierd. but what really freaks me out, is i'll know whats going to happen but not be aware of it. like my subconcious mind already knows and clues me in. before i knew i was pregnant, i was talking to my friend and i mentioned something about if i was pregnant, and then i found out i was. and i had never put together me and pregnancy before. i have experiences like that alot. and when i decide that i want to do something totaly crazy like move far away or something, its like its not meant to be,. because suddenly my car will break down, be expensive to fix,, or ill lose my job. Its like..... if THAT didnt happen, Then THIS wouldnt of, and i was destined for THIS.
I agree - I believe in destiny but it has to be self-chosen. IF you feel your destiny comes from God and you don't want it then it's useless and you won't achieve it. I have exactly the same feeling with my music as well - I have the whole rock'n'roll dreams but I don't know why. The thought of fame and money isn't really all that appealing to be honest - I don't think I'd mind it but I'm not drawn to it. Blessings Sebbi
I was talking to a close friend of mine and we were talking about how close we got in such a short time (like, in three days, we knew everything about each other). I was saying that I felt more and more drawn to him because of certain signs I saw--some only appeared coinidental, others just plain freaky. Destiny is a crazy, crazy thing. <3 Jo
ive been like that too. I'll meet someone for the first time, and i'll KNOW that were going to be close friends or that this person has something to offer me mentally, physically, or spiritually. Alot of times, that person will only be in my life for a short amount of time, but made a large imprint. or changed my life in some way. and then their gone.
I believe in "signs" but I think they are our body and different parts of our brain talking to each other. I think we perceive much more of the world around us than our conscious brain realizes and that these perceptions try to make themselves known. Learning to listen is very important – or at least that is what I think (grin).
