it's a dark burgundy right now, a bit dark for me. I don't get a lot of natural light in the room, I need a change.... vote for which colour you think would the best!

I say kidnap all the cats in your neighborhood, kill them, bleed them and use the blood for paint. That should be quite original. Lemme know how it turns out.

I would suggest a creamy yellow ivory color. One night I was tripping in my living room and I saw this yellow-beinge-or-whatever color (kind of like the background color I'm typing in). Anyway the next day we painted our living room that color and it seemed more sensual and cozy. The light reflected more glowingly too. It was nice and neutral too so everyting we had still matched.

Eeew, no! Sperm is too white. On the background of what I'm typing on when I hit reply it's a yellowish beige color. That's what I mean. It changes to blue background once it's posted. Think maybe a color like butter but lightened and more creamy than yellowish.

Start with some white and add in you fave color till it becomes suttlely tinted the way you want it.

I did mine with just enough blue in it that its just off of white. The ceiling was mixed with a bit of pink in the white so that you kinda have to look twice to notice it. It does great things with the natural light and seems to be sorta soothing, too.
Then I hung up all my fishing gear and kayak stuff and an art bike and my cast net and some driftwood and some of my copper dolphins and other related junk.
Oh yeah, try those Reveal brand of light bulbs, they are amazing.

Green. Either dark mossy or pale spring. Or both. You could paint it dark first, then make some stencils of leaves and vines, then use the pale green for them. Just an idea. Kind of a rainforest look :) Add a few bright flowers here and there. And a couple of snakes. hissssss.
