Yeah, gothic metal...!? Well only the earliest gothic metal today it's more just death metal riffs with like moody keyboards and female singers, sometimes with an aggressive male growler... But the early stuff was good.

If you want to know what real Gothic Metal is look for a band called Paradise Lost and their cd Gothic, that kinda kicked the genre off...

There's good modern music out there...you have to do a little searching before you can dismiss it all. Sure, the mainstream stuff sucks balls, but there are other bands out there.

i dont hate the 60s, im just getting out of it, "growing out of it" whatever youd say. i mean that the new punk is fake because they all have shitty voices and they try to hard to dress emo and punk-like, like Billie Joe, his freakin image is so....false. sorry if ive o-fend-ed anyone but hey....yeah....

oh god! this doent mean i'm gonna go back to my old self? or god forbid we all end up disliking the 60's. i don't know about you all but i would rather spend the rest of my life loving nature and being a true ( bohemain) than be my old self.

 

her is my advice which is in no way expert or possibly even that good but i do hope you at least try it. give the music up for a while. maybe just go w/o music period for ohhh, i'd say a couple of weeks just to try and if that doesnt figure out to much, find another band or something but try to keep at least one 60's song in your life just to bring you all back to it. and then you'l get tired of your new stuff soon enuf and ne day after tiring of your new found music, pick up one of your 60's cd's and pop it in.. i think that it will gain your love again after you go and (see other people) and if it doesn't work, then i find you incurable yet acceptable the way you are. lol but it should work i did it when i grew weary of david bowie about a year ago.
