Greetings, fellow explorers of the subconcious.

OK, living in a very dry climate, I've been keeping my bud in a 1/2 oz glass jar to keep it moist. After three years of using the same jar with nothing but quality Colorado bud, I've aquired a thick, almost hard residue on the inside of the jar. This shit smells like the bomb, and I know if I were to extract it, it would make for some quality smoking. The question is: how do I do it? Simply scraping it is out of the question; it's like hardened epoxy. Any advice?

I have heard of one way, I think you use high-alcohol-content liquor or a high concentration isopropyl to dissolve it, then soak that mixture in some tobacco leaves that have had all the nicotine and chemicals leeched out (put the tobacco in a coffee machine where the coffee grounds would go, and run the water through it a few times...new water each time, of course, do it until the water comes out very pale yellow). You'll probably want to use a few cigarettes worth of tobacco. So, with the THC solution soaking on the tobacco, the alcohol or isopropyl (whichever you use) will evaporate, leaving all the THC on the tobacco (make sure to stir the mixture as it evaporates. You can do this over a stove at LOW HEAT, but NOT on a gas stove). I read this as a way to make odorless, THC laced tobacco but it seems like it'd be a good way to "extract" the resin from the glass jar and put it in a smokable medium.

hmm... maybe try heating up the jar (on the outside) and try scraping it then? you could put it in some hot water or try melting it a little, from the outside, with a lighter (?)

Is it like resin? Maybe you could try melting it with a lighter while scraping, just like scraping a bowl perhaps.

Shit if it's that hard then why not drop the glass jar on the ground if the residue is that hard it shouldn't be harmed then break it in little pieces and smoke it
